(“movewithBE”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides online movement-based education and coaching that offers teaching, dance, and fitness coaching services. movewithBE respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). When you trust us with your personal information, we take our responsibility to protect it very seriously. We respect your privacy and your rights to control your personal information. With that in mind, we want to be clear about the information we collect and why.

 

The main purpose of collecting your information is to provide you with the services offered on our website at https://movewithBE.site. It’s relevant to you if you use our services for online movement-based education and coaching in teaching, dance, and fitness on our Site. Users expressly agree to not hold movewithBE liable for this responsibility in any way. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, Teachable online payment Platform, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

User information from social networking sites, such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks.

If any of your personal information changes or is incorrect, you can review and change your account by logging into your account and updating the relevant profile settings or by sending us an email at movewithbeco@gmail.com.  

 

You may request that we remove your account as long as there are no active products or services in your account. Upon closing your account, you may request that your personal data be deleted. It may take up to 30 days for account data to be deleted. After deletion, your account will be unrecoverable and inaccessible. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.

 

Sometimes we will not be able to stop using your personal information when you ask us to (for example, if we need to use it by law or to keep to any regulation). Also in certain situations without personal information being stored your account may not work.
