Becky Epstein (MA, BA) is a dance teacher, fitness instructor, and worldwide choreographer based in Maryland. She teaches Creative Movement and Dance for grades 3-5 at a CETA (Changing Education Through the Arts) school in Virginia which has a partnership with the Kennedy Center. She teaches Modern, Ballet, Jazz and Hip-Hop after school. She works with a non-profit organization to provide opportunities for her students to continue their dance training in middle and high school. She earned her MA in Dance Education from the University of Northern Colorado and earned a BA and teaching license in Dance from James Madison University (JMU). She worked for the Virginia Department of Education to revise dance standards, create instructional plans, and conduct a webinar.

Becky discovered her love for Pilates in her undergraduate studies at JMU. It was through Pilates that she discovered she is passionate about other fitness formats as well. She is AFAA certified, and also holds certifications in Pilates Level One, Pilates Mat, Barre, and TRX.
